Why 50 mg: Double Wood’s Chlorophyll Supplement uses a 50 mg serving because it is a common consumer serving size for daily chlorophyllin products. Human research has used higher chlorophyllin intakes in specific research settings — including the Qidong aflatoxin trial, which used 100 mg three times daily — but higher research doses do not mean higher daily consumer doses are necessary for routine wellness use.
