Quercetin + Zinc Bundle

Quercetin is a heavily researched bioflavonoid which is found naturally in many fruits and vegetables. Quercetin is a potent antioxidant and is believed to help support healthy blood glucose management and immune system health. Quercetin has also been shown to be a zinc ionophore, and when taken with Zinc it can help increase intracellular zinc levels.

Zinc is an essential mineral which is used in countless bodily processes. Zinc and Quercetin work especially well together to support immune system function due to Quercetin’s effect as a Zinc ionophore.

We recommend the following dosages for each product:

Quercetin: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules per day with food.

Zinc Picolinate: We recommend taking just one 50 mg capsule of Zinc Picolinate per day, as the 10 mg of elemental Zinc provided is enough to meet most people’s daily requirement and getting too much zinc can cause adverse side effects. For this reason we do not recommend exceeding the 50 mg recommended daily dosage.
