Subscription FAQs

How do I manage my subscription?

That's easy! Create an account (you'll be prompted after checkout), then click on "Manage Subscription" to login to your subscription portal via a login code which will be emailed to you. Within your subscription portal you'll be able to view order history, upcoming orders, and manage existing subscriptions.

How many bottles can I order on subscription?

You can order a maximum of 3 bottles per product, per subscription order.

What is the delivery frequency for products?

We offer a 90 day recurring subscription period on all of our single bottle options.

How often can I place a subscription order for the same product?

Only one subscription order per product is permitted every 30 days. 

What if I need more of a product within 30 days?

You’re welcome to purchase more of the same product within that period, but any additional purchases must be placed as one-time orders.

Can I have multiple subscriptions for the same product?

No. Multiple subscriptions for the same product are not permitted.

Can I subscribe to product packs or triple packs?

No. Subscriptions are not available on product packs, including triple packs, as these already include a built-in discount. Subscription options are available on eligible single-bottle products only.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! You will be able to modify or cancel your subscription freely through your portal. Not sure if you want to cancel just yet? You can also pause your subscription until you're ready to receive shipments again.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

There is no commitment period at all. As much as we'd love to see you stay with us forever, you're free to cancel your subscription at any time.
