Shipping Policy

At Double Wood Supplements International (BK Logistic LLC), we’re committed to getting your order on its way as quickly as possible. Most orders include a 1 business day handling time before being dispatched from our Pittsburgh, USA warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Order processing time are as follows:

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday before Midnight EDT (7:00pm AEST / 4:00am UTC) are typically processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays are typically processed and shipped the following business day.

We proudly ship to 200+ countries worldwide, offering multiple delivery options to suit your needs. Estimated delivery times are listed below, though transit times are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or severe weather. The final-mile courier will depend on your destination country. Shipping costs are based on weight and calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping FAQs

Customs & Import Fees

Duties, taxes, and VAT are automatically added at checkout for Canada, the UK, Italy, Germany, Spain, France, and Mexico to help speed up customs clearance.

For all other countries, these fees aren’t included and may need to be paid directly to customs before your order is released.

Orders placed within your own region typically don’t incur import duties, though local sales taxes may still apply.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, especially for weekend orders. You can also check your order status anytime through our Track Your Order page.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is placed, there’s a short window to request changes or cancellation. If you need to make a request, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at sales@doublewoodsupplements.store. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Shipping to Hotels or Temporary Addresses

We strongly advise against shipping to hotels, vacation rentals, or other temporary addresses, as delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed. Delays, early deliveries, or missed drop-offs may result in lost or unclaimed packages.

Refunds are only issued if the package is successfully returned to our warehouse (minus shipping costs). Customers are responsible for coordinating any return-to-sender process if a package cannot be delivered.

Third Party Shippers & Freight Forwarding

We can ship orders to USA-based freight forwarders, but once tracking confirms delivery to the forwarder’s address, our responsibility ends. We cannot reship or refund orders after they’ve been delivered to the freight forwarder.

Any loss, damage, or delivery issues that occur after the package is received by the forwarder must be handled directly with them. All international import documents are the customer’s responsibility or must be supplied by the freight forwarder, as we cannot provide customs paperwork for shipments not sent directly to the final destination.

Restricted Products

Some products may be restricted in your country due to local import laws. We recommend checking with your customs or regulatory authorities before placing an order.

Because regulations vary by country, complications at customs can occur despite our best efforts. We are not responsible for packages that are seized or denied by customs.

Product Limits for Australia

Under current TGA regulations, you may import up to three bottles of the same product per order (equivalent to a three-month supply). This means only one triple pack is allowed. If an order exceeds this limit, it will be adjusted to comply with regulations and any excess items will be refunded.

Paid Shipping Refunds

We do not refund shipping costs when an order is shipped using the correct method. If you believe there’s an issue with your shipment, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to assist.

While we work hard to ship orders on time, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, strikes, severe weather, or other factors outside our control are not eligible for shipping refunds.For more information, please see our Refund Policy.
