"I needed to find an inexpensive choline supp (in the form of phosphatidyl choline) for pregnancy and breastfeeding. While this has 420 mg of phsphatidyl choline, please note that it's estimated that 1 dose (1 pill) only contains 50-60 mg of elemental choline (450mg required daily for pregnancy). The pills are very large, so it's unrealistic I could take more than 2/day along with 2 big omega-3 pills, 3 prenatal vitamins, and pregnancy nausea."
