Fisetin, given all the research done on it will help. Obviously, try to get everything you need from food, but supplements do help. "Why are people opening there bottles and not putting them in dark cubbard w there other medications? U don't expose NMNH ,NMN to sunlight or Heat. Or AC unit which you got the house freezing. Use your heads. U cannot freeze this supplement. And Resveratrol.. doesn't help this work better. Psterobine is what makes this supplement work best. Why? Cause it shows absorption and breaks it thru intestinal acid n stomach to blood brain barrier. U can use that or Betaine supplement w Quercertin."
