"Well, AKG is very acidic, and can wreck your gut. I started out using it and could not tolerate it. Then, I thought well if it is the acidity, why not dump the capsule into a glass and apply some baking soda water {one tsp BS to a few oz. of water}, which I do by the teaspoonful until it stops fizzing, then I know it is neutralized. Have had zero problems with it since I have done that. but, it would be nice to have an affordable Ca-AKG supplement where I didn't have to do this procedure."

I take 2 capsules about an hour before bed, and it doesn't knock me out or make me sleepy, but I sleep better, less disturbances and waking up over the course of the night, than when I don't take it. Definitely adding this to my regular routine!"
