I’m on a GLP-1 and was still struggling with sweet cravings and nighttime hunger, but within about three days of taking this, those cravings noticeably decreased. I follow the recommended dose (one per day), and I’m planning to get updated labs soon to see how everything looks, especially since my weight has been slower to move even with GLP-1.
