"This is THE best Spermidine on the market hands down. I have noticed: Better Sleep, younger skin, regeneration in injuries and less inflammation overall. This supplement makes me younger. I have used Do NOT AGe spermidine along with a few other brands. I compared the results using Doublewoods Spermidine to the others and I must say that Doublewood's spermidine surpasses the others. My skin looks 10 years younger from this supplement. I also take Doublewood Pterostilbeine (2 caps a day and astxanthin 3-6 caps a day. I use Do Not age Sirt 6 activator (2 caps) and their Fisetin 2 caps a day with fatty meal. I also use Renue By Science NMN which is the brand Dr. Huberman uses. All of the listed supplements were from my research of Dr. David Sinclair's anti-aging protocal. All of these supplements make a difference. Pterostilbeine from doublewood got rid of eye floaters for me and the astaxanthin helped those as well as made my skin tan better and prevents sun damage.
